Yacht’s Third Party Liability

Third Party Liability covers the obligatory insurance cover according to the Greek mandatory law 2743/99.
According to this yacht owners have the obligation to insure vessels, whilst sailing in the Greek territorial waters, for the following:
- Third Party Liability –Bodily Injury due to impact /collision /shipwreck or any other cause up to 500.000 € / per incident
- Third Party Liability –Material damage due to impact /collision /shipwreck or any other cause up to 150.000 € / per incident
- Sea Pollution that concerns the expenses of removing the contamination from the area up to 90.000 €/per incident
